Course Overview

The good news is, resolving conflict is a skill that can be developed — and it makes all the difference in turning tense situations into positive outcomes. Conflict management is the practice of identifying and addressing conflicts sensibly, equitably, and efficiently. In this course, we’ll teach you core concepts to effectively identify, manage, and prevent conflict, as well as actionable conflict resolution techniques and frameworks you can apply to real-life scenarios in both personal and professional settings.
