Course Overview
Your organizations’ commitment to building and sustaining DEIB begins with the hiring processes. Inclusive Hiring is a critical component to future employees’ experiences and to realizing the vision of DEIB in the workplace. This course will engage participants in the full interview experience, recognize systemic and interpersonal biases while engaging in practical tools that can be immediately applied to your current hiring practices.
Participants should ideally come to this course with a position they are planning to hiring whether now or in the future.

Course Content
This course sets out to explain how to make your interviewing process more inclusive. From creating inclusive interview questions to building inclusive hiring rubrics, we’ll walk you through the basics of the interview process and share actionable tips for how to increase inclusion practices and the sentiment of belonging in your hiring process.
Each learning module is broken down into various video lessons with accompanying lesson texts, resources, and knowledge checks. You can move through the lessons in order, or jump back to review videos or other elements of the course.
