Measuring DEIB

PowertoFly

Course Overview

An HR.com study found that only 25% of organizations surveyed measure DEIB to a high degree. Organizations might have difficulty collecting data, choosing which metrics to follow, and most importantly, extracting meaning from these numbers. Companies that take steps towards effective DEIB measurement can track and position themselves with a diverse talent network, an inclusive work environment, and greater revenue and performance overall. In this course, we’ll dive into how to set and analyze those metrics, ways to inclusively and safely collect data, and tips on extrapolating meaning from the numbers.
