Crisis communication refers to the technologies, systems and protocols that enable an organization to effectively communicate during a major threat to its business or reputation. In this course, we’ll walk you through how to develop and carry out a crisis communication plan, as well as tips for for a successful crisis response.

We’ll cover how to establish different communication channels, crafting a DEIB-centered crisis response, social media tips, and evaluating outcomes. This course is designed for professionals seeking strategic and crisis management skills.
