In this course, we’ll explore the topic of crisis communications, focusing on preparing and developing a proper crisis response strategy and plan. We’ll cover how to establish different communication channels, crafting a DEIB-centered crisis response, social media tips, and evaluating outcomes. This course is designed for professionals seeking strategic and crisis management skills.
