Course Overview

Your organization's commitment to building and sustaining DEIB begins with the hiring processes. Inclusive hiring is a critical component to  future employees' experiences and to realizing the vision of DEIB in the workplace. In this course, we’ll cover how to create an inclusive diverse candidate attraction and engagement process while sharing practical tools that can be immediately applied to your current hiring practices.

Participants should ideally come to this course with a position they are planning to hiring whether now or in the future.

Course Content

In this course, we’ll take a look at the first step of building a diverse and inclusive workforce — candidate attraction and engagement. From setting diversity hiring goals to creating inclusive job descriptions to using social media to power your search, we’ll walk you through how to set yourself (and your team) up for success as you embark on your diversity hiring journey.

Each learning module is broken down into three video lessons with accompanying lesson texts, resources, and knowledge checks. You can move through the lessons in order, or jump back to review videos or other elements of the course.
