Course Overview

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are becoming more and more popular in companies. Not only can they increase employee sentiments of belonging, but they also have positive implications for business. In this course, we’ll walk you through some key ERG management and leadership strategies and skills you can implement to make a greater impact on your ERG members, community, and your company as a whole. We’ll take you through how to strategically lead and manage an ERG, how to measure ERG ROI and impact, and strategies to advance inclusive leadership between employees and your organization.

In this course, you’ll learn to:

* How to engage leadership, secure buy-in and manage expectations for sustainable change

* Create organizational impact through success metrics

Course Content

In this course, we explore different techniques and strategy to maintain leadership buy-in, set and manage ERG goals, and lead inclusively for optimal ERG impact. At the end of this course, you’ll receive a 1-year ERG plan resource where you can set goals, plan initiatives, and measure impact over a 12-month span of time.

Each learning module is broken down into various video lessons with accompanying lesson texts, resources, and knowledge checks. You can move through the lessons in order, or jump back to review videos or other elements of the course.
