Apart from increasing employee sentiments of belonging and professional growth, ERGs inspire conversation,  help employees connect across challenges or troubleshooting, and drive innovation. In this course, we’ll share how you can start one of these groups at your organization. From garnering interest and creating a mission statement to gaining leadership buy-in and recruiting members, we’ll steer you through the entire process so that you can set your ERG up for success.

Course Content

In this course, we’ll share how you can start one an Employee Resource Group at your organization. From garnering interest and creating a mission statement to gaining leadership buy-in and recruiting members, Zara Chaudary take you through the entire process so that you can confidently launch an ERG. And at the end of this course, you’ll gain access to an ERG charter template you can use to put all of your learnings together. 

Each learning module is broken down into three video lessons with accompanying lesson texts, resources, and knowledge checks. You can move through the lessons in order, or jump back to review videos or other elements of the course.
