Course Overview
Research shows that an organization’s success is directly correlated with the skills and capabilities of its middle managers. The responsibilities and challenges these leaders face in our rapidly changing markets are as complex as they’ve ever been. Yet many of them aren’t offered training and are unequipped to take on the demands of leadership. This course addresses that issue by sharing key skills and strategies managers can implement to strengthen their relationships with direct reports, liaise between their team members and senior management, foster innovation and collaboration, and address challenges, all from a lens of inclusivity.

Course Content
An organization is only as good as its middle managers. But far too often, mid level leaders aren’t provided with the proper training to carry out their responsibilities confidently. This course aims to close that gap by providing key skills and knowledge on how to be an inclusive leader and manager. From relationship building to conflict resolution, we’ll demystify some of the most unspoken parts of management.
Each learning module is broken down into various video lessons with accompanying lesson texts, resources, and knowledge checks. You can move through the lessons in order, or jump back to review videos or other elements of the course.
